Patrick Watson

Patrick Watson is currently the Director of Research at Cavell, where they lead analysis and research across the cloud communications market. Previously, they served as Head of Research and Senior Analyst at Cavell Group, focusing on collaboration offerings and global provider impacts. Patrick's career includes experience as a Journalist at UC Today and as an Account Manager at Chess, where they managed significant corporate accounts. They began their career at Tesco as a General Assistant, where they developed customer relations and advanced to roles as a Fishmonger and Butcher. Patrick holds a degree from the University of Central Lancashire, graduating with an upper second-class 2:1.
