Dillon Deckert

Dillon Deckert is a District Manager at Cavender’s, where they aspire to create inspiring retail experiences through hands-on leadership and mentorship. They have a diverse background in retail, having progressed from Sales Associate to various managerial roles, including Store Manager and District Manager. Dillon developed their skills in organizational leadership and team building during their time at Beloit College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Prior to their role at Cavender’s, Dillon served as Assistant Sports Information Director at Beloit College from 2006 to 2010.
