Cavendish & Gloucester is a property development and investment company known for its integrity, imagination, and commitment to lasting quality.
Our diverse portfolio ranges from the restoration of historic landmarks—such as Henry VIII’s Netley Castle—to the delivery of sustainable housing communities, industrial estates, and large-scale, mixed-use city centre commercial hubs.

Each project is guided by a dedication to craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep respect for the unique character of its location. We strive to enhance every environment we work in—minimising environmental impact through sustainable practices and intelligent, future-focused design.

We oversee every stage of development—from land acquisition and planning to design, construction, and long-term management. Our team brings together deep expertise to ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered.

We believe in integrity, collaboration, and long-term value. By co-investing in our projects, we align our ambitions with those of our partners and stakeholders, fostering trust and shared success.

At the heart of our approach is an imaginative and entrepreneurial spirit. We dare to dream big, look beyond the obvious, and unlock potential in places others might overlook—while always staying true to our principles.

What began as a single property conversion in North London has grown into a respected development business with a diverse portfolio. For over 50 years, our progress has been guided by integrity, innovation, and a commitment to quality.

We deliver places that enhance lives, strengthen communities, and stand the test of time. Each project reflects our values—sustainability, excellence in design, and a deep respect for people and place.

We create developments that evolve with the needs of those who use them. Through strong partnerships, local engagement, and an unwavering sense of purpose, we ensure our work has meaning, impact, and integrity at every level.
