Jay Grant

Jay Grant is an accomplished professional in the real estate sector, having founded Cavendish Maxwell in 2008, which has grown into one of the region's largest independent chartered surveying firms and property consultancies. Additionally, Jay Grant established Property Monitor in 2017, a data intelligence platform for the real estate industry. Previously, Jay Grant held various roles, including Senior Valuation, Fund Management and Investment Surveyor at Cluttons, and Investment Valuations and Landlord and Tenant Surveyor at Matthews & Goodman. Jay Grant's career began at J.P. Morgan, followed by a position at Sanwa International. Educationally, Jay Grant holds an MSc in Estate Management from London South Bank University and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Accountancy from Birmingham City University, complemented by studies at South Devon College.
