Leonelmo Lima

Leonelmo Lima is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Cavendish Nuclear since April 2025, Leonelmo previously held roles as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Ansaldo Nuclear and a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Astech Projects, where Leonelmo focused on robotics and automation. Prior to these roles, experience at TALENS ENGINEERING LTD involved designing specialized machinery for the pharmaceutical sector. Leonelmo also contributed to education as a Student Advocate at Liverpool John Moores University, guiding prospective students and creating engineering engagement programs. Leonelmo holds a degree from Liverpool John Moores University, awarded in 2009.
