Ryan W. is a Senior CS&A Engineer at Cavendish Nuclear, where they are responsible for delivering multidisciplinary design solutions in highly regulated nuclear environments. Previously, they served as a Construction Site Coordinator with All Hands and Hearts, managing diverse teams to improve safety and quality standards while aiding the construction of resilient school facilities. Ryan also held a Site Supervisor Trainee position at All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response, where they led volunteer teams in the construction and design of educational facilities. They earned a First Class Honours degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cardiff University and completed a semester abroad at Queen's University.
