Stephen Billing

Stephen Billing has extensive experience in quality control and inspection management, currently serving as the Senior Quality Control & Inspection Manager at Cavendish Nuclear since June 2006. In this role, Stephen is responsible for overseeing quality control processes and procedures, resource deployment across various sites and facilities, and managing supply chain relationships alongside both internal and external clients, working on significant programs in the UK. Prior to Cavendish Nuclear, Stephen held multiple positions including Quality Control & Inspection Manager, Quality Engineer & Inspector, and Quality Manager at Leopold Grove Engineering from August 1991 to June 2006, where a solid foundation in engineering and quality management was established.
