Tom Pearce

Tom Pearce is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the nuclear industry. Currently serving as Business Development Director at Cavendish Nuclear since October 2022, Tom previously held the role of Head of Business Development and Contracts at Nuclear Transport Solutions from April 2021 to October 2022. Tom's career at International Nuclear Services spanned a decade, where roles included Interim Business Development Director, Head of Business Development, Senior Sales Manager, and Commercial Manager. Additionally, Tom managed commercial operations for Japanese Nuclear Power Utility contracts as Commercial Manager at INTERNATIONAL NUCLEAR SERVICES JAPAN KK from 2008 to 2010. Tom began their career as a Project Manager at BNFL from December 2001 to December 2007. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham, earned between 1998 and 2001.
