Diane Long

Diane Long is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, development, and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Exam Development Manager at Caveon Test Security since September 2022, Diane also operates Lena KOA Campground, an award-winning RV park in Northwestern Illinois, beginning in July 2006. As Vice President and Principal Training Consultant at J. D. Long & Associates, Inc. since November 2008, Diane provides specialized training consulting services. Previous roles include Manager of Learning & Development and Project Manager at BeyondID, and a series of senior positions at Okta, Inc., Rearden Commerce, and Oracle from 1996 to 2018, focusing on instructional design, training management, and team leadership in enterprise software. Diane holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Human Resources and Family Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
