Erika Johnson is an experienced Assessment Project Manager at Caveon, where responsibilities include project management related to secure test development, blueprinting, item development, accuracy and standard setting review, and forms development since August 2012. Prior to this role, Erika served as the Competency Assessment Security and Operations Manager and later as the Security and Operations Manager at the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) from February 2003 to July 2012. Key contributions at NABP involved candidate relations, test security enhancement, and development of training programs, alongside managing candidate incidents and conducting research for various projects. Erika holds a B.A. in German and International Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Loyola University Chicago, along with a Culinary Arts Professional Chef/Catering Certificate from Kendall College.
