Sofie Aarmo

Sofie Aarmo currently serves as Produksjonsleder at Caverion Norge since March 2021, bringing significant leadership experience from previous roles at IKEA. Sofie held multiple positions at IKEA, including Goods Flow Team Leader and Deputy Goods Flow Team Leader, overseeing teams of up to 15 people and managing logistics operations. Additional prior experience includes a role as a Student Assistant at NTNU, and various positions in care and maintenance services. Sofie has a Bachelor's degree in Logistics from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and also studied Organization Leadership at NTNU.
