Dries Delputte

Dries Delputte has extensive experience as a Director of Photography, starting their career as a freelance cinematographer in 2008. Dries has worked with various production companies, including Caviar, Shadowplay Films, Menuet bvba, Dr Film, monodot, eyeworks, and Menuet. During their time at Caviar, they filmed and set the look for the psychological thriller series "Tabula Rasa" starring Veerle Baetens. At Menuet bvba, they were responsible for the creative and technical translation of scripts into visuals and had the overall responsibility for the entire photographic process. Additionally, they worked as a 2 cam/gaffer at Menuet in 2008. Their work experience spans from 2008 to the present, with different roles and responsibilities in the field of Director of Photography.

Dries Delputte graduated from NARAFI hogeschool voor wetenschap en kunst optie cinematografie in 2001, with a degree in cinematography. In June 2001, they also obtained a certification in Audiovisuele kunsten optie Cinematography from Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel. In 2013, Dries took a DA VINCI RESOLVE master class at Broadcast College, although no degree or field of study is specified for this.
