Ruby Zheng has over 25 years of work experience in the electronics and Opto-Electronics industry. Ruby began their career as a Supplier Engineer at Celestica Inc before moving on to Irvine Sensors as a Senior Supplier Engineer. From 2000 to 2016, they worked at Qlogic as the only Component Engineer, where they introduced multiple sourcing, quality, and cost concepts in product design. Afterwards, they joined Cavium Inc as a Senior Principal Component Engineer and later transitioned to the same role at Marvell Semiconductor in 2018. Throughout their career, Ruby has developed a wide knowledge base and established strong connections within the industry. Their expertise lies in component engineering and optimizing product design.
Ruby Zheng received their M.A.Sc degree in Fiber Optics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto between 1990 and 1992. Ruby also holds a B.A.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University.
