Gauresh S. has extensive experience in mechanical design and project management within the engineering sector. Starting as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, responsibilities included process planning for 3-Wheeler vehicle manufacturing. Subsequently, Gauresh worked as a Management Trainee at Permanent Magnets Limited, focusing on data collection and analysis. A role as a Junior Design Engineer at Transweigh International involved merger scope analysis, followed by a significant tenure as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Eirich Transweigh India Pvt Ltd., where modularization efforts for bulk material handling products were led.
