Caroline Exley is a senior finance leader with extensive international experience. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CAVU since 2025, Caroline previously held the role of Director of Finance at Travel Counsellors from 2023 to 2025. Caroline has also worked as Chief Financial Officer at Public Partnerships from 2019 to 2023, Head of Finance at Public Consulting Group UK from 2015 to 2019, and Director at ABA Lymm from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Caroline held various roles in finance and operations, including Acquisitions Manager at ADT Fire & Security plc and Business Development Manager at GMAC Commercial Credit. Caroline earned a BA from the University of Warwick between 1992 and 1995.
