Catherine Harris

Catherine Harris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. CATHERINE is currently working as the Head of People EMEA at CAVU since 2023. Prior to this, Catherine worked at THE MANCHESTER AIRPORT GROUP PLC from 2018 to 2023, where they held various roles including People and ORAT Change Partner and ORAT People Lead. Before joining THE MANCHESTER AIRPORT GROUP PLC, Catherine worked at Tesco from 2003 to 2017, where they held positions such as Group People Partner - Convenience North, Group People Manager - Metro Stores, Group People Manager - Extra Format, and UK Right Hours Coach - All Formats. Catherine's earlier work experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant (Retail) at Michael Page from 2000 to 2003, and as a Retail Manager at Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd from 1996 to 2000.

Catherine Harris obtained a BA (hons) in Business Studies from Northumbria University in 1996. CATHERINE then completed a PGDIP in Human Resources Management from The University of Manchester from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they achieved CIPD Qualifications in Human Resources Management before 2007.
