Matt's extensive experience includes serving as Head of Operations and Operations Manager at OneAlpha Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed operational support, technical development, and client onboarding for an automated airport coordination solution. Earlier roles include Flight Operations Manager at Crown Resorts and various positions at Aero-Care Flight Support Pty Ltd, where operational excellence and customer service were key focuses. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
