Mark is known as a visionary in the Medicare Risk Adjustment (RA) space; recognizing and fully understanding the economics of value-based care long before CMS Stars and RA were a central focus for payers. Prior to Cavulus, he was a partner in a risk adjustment consultancy that shaped many of the practices used today in HEDIS, CAHPS, and CMS Stars.
