Accounts

Accounts is currently employed at CAW Studios, but previously worked as an Associate Consultant at KPMG from October 2011 to November 2013, and as a part of the eCentricHR team from November 2013 to June 2015.

At KPMG, Accounts was responsible for conducting process reviews for various clients, including Mahindra Satyam, Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd., Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. and JDA Software India Pvt. Ltd. This entailed data analysis, risk assessment, documenting and evaluating audit evidence, and maintaining records of work done. Accounts was also responsible for SOX compliance reviews and ISAE 3402 audits.

At eCentricHR, Accounts was responsible for understanding the staffing business and creating process flow diagrams. Processes included contracting and legal, payroll processing, payment of statutory dues, recruitment, employee onboarding and separation, attendance collection. Accounts played a key role in establishing a recruitment process with inputs from various stakeholders and through case studies. Additionally, they were responsible for implementing the recruitment process manuals by leading and successfully implementing Learning and Development initiatives in the organisation.
