Roger Bracken

Roger Bracken is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in building fintech and payments businesses across the UK and Europe. Currently serving as an advisor to the CEO at CreatePay and holding several board and advisory positions, they have demonstrated expertise in scaling up fintechs and navigating commercialisation challenges. Notable past roles include SVP and General Manager at First Data Corporation, where they managed a $1bn business and led major turnarounds, as well as CEO of TSG, where they achieved substantial growth in the European market. Roger completed a Sloan Fellowship at London Business School, enhancing their leadership and general management skills.
