As a creative and strategic entrepreneur, Connie Cay-Santos launched CAY VII in 2019 as an outlet that enables her to expand her experience portfolio through contracted special projects with clients.

With a strategic, operational, technical, collaborative, and client-centric mindset, CAY VII strives to inspire connections by designing meaningful experiences and being a creative problem solver while meeting key stakeholder success metrics.

Being human first is a mindful consideration when accepting client projects. Understanding that information infused with emotional experiences will help empower a more powerful connection that becomes a lasting impression.
Being human first also means respecting the diversity of the people in our communities and embracing the opportunity to collaborate with other industry professionals to help offer the best experience for our clients.

Client services can be adapted at any point of the project plan and may include:
- Experience Strategy & Execution for virtual, hybrid or in-person Events
- Marketing & Creative Design
- Consultation
- Project Management
