Diego Neres

Diego Neres has been working in the IT field since 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Technical IT at Claro, where they were responsible for controlling the IT department's stock, following up on tickets and controlling the SLA. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Technical IT at CTIS, where they were responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining corporate software and telecommunications for clients, as well as providing technical support and training for specific systems and software for the Brazilian government. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as an IT Support Analyst at Copylink, where they were responsible for installing and configuring printers, providing operational instructions on medium and large printers, and implementing and training software for ticketing. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Infrastructure Coordinator at AllStrategy, where they managed the Infrastructure team, managed new projects and improvements in the on-premises and cloud Infrastructure in AWS and Azure, implemented processes and improvements in product development (CI/CD), and applied and disseminated the DevOps culture among the programming team. Finally, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a DevOps/SRE Engineer at BoletoFlex, where they were responsible for managing the entire product Infrastructure in AWS, creating and maintaining a Serverless environment with an automated deployment pipeline using Gitlab, S3 and Cloudfront, and monitoring the environments and APIs to ensure low latency and maximum availability. Diego is currently employed as a Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps at Cayena.

Diego Neres attended the Universidade Católica de Brasília from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bacharelado in Sistemas da Informação.
