Frederick Boudrias

Frederick Boudrias started their career as an Assistant Manager at Video 20/20 before moving on to roles such as On-Call Team Manager at Rogers Communications, Store Manager at Lids, and Customer Service Team Lead at FortisBC. Currently, Frederick serves as an Application Specialist-Professional Services at Cayenta, where Frederick is part of a new initiative to help utilities customers integrate their business with software solutions. Through their various roles, Frederick has demonstrated leadership, customer service skills, and a strong ability to manage teams effectively.
