Jeff Ramsdale

Jeff Ramsdale serves as a Customer Solutions Architect at Caylent since April 2023, following a tenure as Director of Technology at Nortal US from October 2018 to February 2023. In previous roles, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies, leading engineering teams, and implementing best practices in deployments across global projects. Significant achievements include architecting cloud solutions, directing cloud migrations for security systems at hundreds of locations worldwide, and enhancing application performance to save clients substantial costs. With extensive experience in software development, engineering management, and consulting, Jeff has also contributed to open source initiatives and presented at various technology forums. Jeff holds certifications as an AWS Solutions Architect and Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, and possesses a B.S. in Computer Science from Taylor University.
