Wayne Grubbs

Wayne Grubbs is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Caylent, a Premier Tier AWS Services Partner, where they are focused on leveraging AI and cloud technologies to transform industries. Previously, Wayne served as CFO for several notable companies, including GlobalLogic, which was sold to Apax Partners in 2013, and Vytalogy Wellness, a vitamins and supplements business. They also held the position of CFO at ACA Group and Analex Corporation, both of which were involved in defense and compliance services. Additionally, Wayne contributed as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Accolite Digital, a New Mountain Capital-owned company. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
