Alex Escobar

Alex Escobar's work experience includes:

- Senior Software Engineer at Cayuse since December 2021.

- Senior Software Engineer at iMedRIS Data Corporation since September 2012, where they design, develops, and supports modules in the company's web-based application. Alex is also responsible for creating reports and database scripts using various technologies such as Java, JSP, JavaScript, Jasper, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, and CSS.

- Web Developer/Engineer at Alestra from April 2009 to August 2012. In this role, Alex acted as the CA ServiceDesk solution administrator and later transitioned to become a Server/Database Administrator and web developer. Alex developed systems for obtaining statistics on incident reports and usage of the client's network. Additionally, they administered the tool portal for the entire area and managed a Configuration Manager Database (CMDB) for over 12,000 CPEs.

- Database Administrator at Grupo Salinas in 2008. Alex worked in a central area where transaction requests were processed. Alex was responsible for maintaining the servers and main applications of the stores, including sales and Western Union, as well as providing SAP support as an administrator.

- Software Developer at BBVA Bancomer (Pensiones) from 2005 to 2007.

Alex Escobar attended Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 1999 to 2003, majoring in Computer Science. In addition to the degree, they obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation from Customer Care Associates in June 2012 and Digital Signage Media Professional from Cisco Academy Training Center in May 2010.
