Kevin Junghans

Kevin Junghans has extensive experience in software engineering and management roles. Kevin is currently employed at Cayuse LLC as a Software Team Manager, where they oversee a team responsible for developing software-as-a-service solutions for research organizations. Kevin utilizes scrum agile methodologies and works closely with the product management team to translate business requirements into technical stories. Prior to this, they worked at Nextech Systems as a Software Team Manager, where they led a team in developing SaaS solutions for healthcare professionals.

Before their roles in management, Kevin worked at Emerson Process Management as the Manager of Engineering Productivity, where they introduced and mentored the IT team on DevOps concepts. Kevin also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company, designing and developing software solutions for manufacturing operations.

Earlier in their career, Kevin worked at Chrysalis Software as a Senior Lead Software Engineer, engineering custom solutions for enterprise communications. Kevin used a variety of technologies to design solutions for different communication channels. At Arthur Andersen, they served as the Manager of Software Development, leading a team in the development of tax compliance products. Kevin successfully resolved project management issues and improved the quality of the products.

Kevin's career began at Microlog Corporation, where they held the roles of Manager of Software Engineering and Senior Software Engineer. Kevin led a group of engineers in developing voice, speech, and computer-telephony integration solutions. Kevin also played a significant role in the development of the Intela product line, implementing object-oriented analysis and design methodologies.

Kevin Junghans has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
