Shelley Phillips

Shelley Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple positions and companies. Shelley'smost recent role is as a Professional Service Consultant at Cayuse LLC, where they are a subject matter expert in IACUC and Animal Facilities management systems. Shelley creates project plans for clients and ensures that purchased software systems meet their technical needs. Prior to this, Shelley worked at the University of Houston as a Supervisor, Animal Resources, where they supervised and scheduled daily activities for animal care staff and maintained supplies and equipment. Before that, they worked at NOAA as a Research Assistant II, where they performed basic animal husbandry for a sea turtle population and conducted various research studies. Shelley also worked as a Fisheries Biologist I at NOAA, where they ensured compliance with environmental regulations during the removal of oil platforms and well heads.
