Michael Skok

Michael Skok is a board member at Cazena and has over 25 years of experience as a software executive, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist.

Skok was the co-lead investor and board member of Demandware (NYSE: DWRE), which was acquired by Salesforce in 2016 for $2.8 billion. Skok also served on the boards of Apperian (acquired by Arxan Technologies in 2014), Salsify (acquired by JDA Software in 2019), and Acquia (acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2020).

Prior to their venture career, Skok was on the management team of Symantec UK, which they helped grow into one of Symantec's most profitable international businesses. Skok also founded European Software Publishing (ESP), which pioneered the off balance sheet model for building software companies in Europe.

Skok holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
