Aaron R.

Aaron R. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron started their career as a Lead Sales Associate at Verizon Wireless in 1998 and worked there for three years. Aaron then worked as an Operations Supervisor at the State of California from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they served as a Licensed Realtor at Riviera Coast Properties for a year.

In 2008, Aaron joined HireRight as an Adjudication Supervisor and later transitioned to the role of Strategic Account Manager. Aaron worked at HireRight until 2015.

From 2016 to 2019, Aaron worked at Accurate Background as a Strategic Account Manager, where they established professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and met sales targets.

Aaron's most recent role is with CareerBuilder, where they currently work as a Major Account Executive. Aaron assists clients in evaluating their business needs and recruiting strategies, and prioritizes customer experience.

Additionally, Aaron has been an Executive Faculty Member at California State University, Long Beach since 2012. Aaron teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Personnel Management/Human Resources and leads a team of educators in converting on-campus courses to an online format.

Aaron R. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Management from Vanguard University. Aaron also earned an Associate of Science degree from Rio Hondo College. In terms of additional certifications, Aaron is a licensed Real Estate Licensee by the Bureau of Real Estate since September 2005. Aaron also holds a Lean Six Sigma Certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, as well as a Strategic Human Resource Business Partner (s-HRBP) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
