Jolyn Simms

JoLyn Simms has extensive work experience in the sales and recruitment industry. JoLyn started their career as a Management Trainee/Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2001, where they gained valuable skills in talent management and business development. JoLyn was later promoted to the role of Branch Manager and then Area Rental Manager, where they successfully managed multiple rental branches and developed future leaders within the organization. In 2012, JoLyn joined Monster Worldwide as an Internet Recruitment Consultant before transitioning to the role of Regional Sales Manager. In 2014, they joined CareerBuilder as a Major Account Executive and later became a National Account Executive. Overall, JoLyn has a proven track record in sales, account management, and leadership.

JoLyn Simms obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Arizona State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
