Karla Rivera

Karla Rivera began their work experience in 2014 as a Data Entry Clerk at ServPro of Western Lake County. In 2015, they joined CareerBuilder as a Contract Billing Specialist. Their responsibilities included activating contracts, ensuring compliance, processing financial administration tasks, providing support to sales teams, and handling client inquiries. Karla was promoted to Senior Contract Billing Specialist in 2018 and then to Experienced Staff Accountant in April 2019.

Karla Rivera received their Bachelor's degree in Financial Information Systems (Accounting) and Business Administration from Indiana University Northwest. Karla attended the university from 2009 to 2013.
