Lauren Adams

Lauren Adams is an experienced social media and public relations professional, currently serving as a Senior Social Media Specialist at Monster since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren was a Social Media Manager at Eversource Energy, overseeing comprehensive social media strategies and managing a team of specialists. Lauren began a career in public information as a Public Information Officer at MBTA from June 2014 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing social media communications and developing collaborative communication plans. Additional experience includes internships with the City of Worcester's Advisory Committee on the Status of Women and a role at WHDH-TV, demonstrating a strong foundation in public relations and media management. Lauren holds a degree from Assumption College.
