Prasanthi Gurram

Prasanthi Gurram started their career as a Software Engineer at DVR in May 2002 and worked there until March 2003. Prasanthi then joined Infosys as a Software Engineer in April 2003 and was promoted to the role of Onsite Engineer from July 2005 to May 2006. Prasanthi continued working at Infosys as an Onsite Engineer from June 2006 to May 2008. Following this, they joined CareerBuilder in May 2008 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a key role in the IT Agile transformation and helped define and implement the Scrum process. Prasanthi also worked as the first scrum master of CB and designed and developed sustainable BizTalk projects that communicated with Bank of America. In January 2014, they were promoted to the role of Engineering Technical Lead at CareerBuilder, where they led and mentored a team of software engineers and successfully completed several revenue impacting projects. Prasanthi'swork experience showcases their expertise in software development, project management, and leadership.

Prasanthi Gurram completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, spanning from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained the Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in January 2020.
