Robin Castro

Robin Castro has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career in 1996 as a Professional Staffing Specialist at Cohesive Technology Solutions. From 1999 to 2002, Robin worked as a Human Resource Manager at TradeStation Group, where they provided support to the Securities business unit and managed the recruitment process for both Technologies and Securities divisions.

In 2004, Robin joined Tweeter Home Entertainment as a Regional HR Manager, where they supported over 700 associates and managed multiple specialty retail locations and distribution centers. They played a key role in translating business strategies into HR priorities and developing HR practices.

From 2009 to 2013, Robin served as the Owner/Manager of Avant-Garde Salon, an upscale hair salon. They were responsible for general and operations management, customer relations, and advertising campaigns to increase customer traffic.

Since 2014, Robin has been working at CareerBuilder in various roles. They started as a Talent Consultant and then transitioned to the role of Project Strategist, Sourcing Solutions - RightSkill. In this role, Robin was involved in an innovative partnership program between CareerBuilder and Capella Learning Solutions, where they prepared job seekers for in-demand careers and connected them with employers. Currently, Robin holds the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at CareerBuilder.

Throughout their career, Robin has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, HR management, and project strategy.

From 1990 to 1994, Robin Castro attended the University at Buffalo and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
