Sara Gillespie

Sara Gillespie has a diverse work experience. Sara began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Productivity Management, Inc in 2003, where they developed and implemented strategic marketing plans, wrote press releases, and designed marketing campaigns. Sara then joined Holy Cross College in 2004 as an Associate Director of Admissions, where they implemented a CRM process and increased the applicant pool.

In 2007, they joined CareerBuilder.com as an Online Account Specialist, where they prospected and closed new accounts and provided custom solutions to meet marketing and human capital needs. Sara later became an Inside Account Executive, using consultative sales methods to assess hiring challenges and develop relationships with C-Level Executives. Sara was then promoted to Middle Market and Education Vertical Account Manager, where they managed customer relationships, supported sales teams, and collaborated with marketing on advertising campaigns.
