Scott Matthews

Scott Matthews has extensive experience in the software engineering field, with a focus on front-end development. Scott started their career at Microsoft in 2003 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on full-stack development. In 2008, they joined Intuit as a Senior Front End JavaScript Engineer, leveraging their expertise in JavaScript. Scott then moved to Target in 2013, where they worked as a Senior React and Node.js Engineer for five years. During this time, they contributed to the development of React and Node.js applications. In 2018, Scott joined CareerBuilder as a Senior User Interface Engineer. In this role, they collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and develop a scalable and intuitive CMS solution using React, JavaScript, Typescript, GraphQL, and Vue. Scott ensured the creation of responsive and high-performance user interfaces, focusing on seamless navigation and optimal user experience.

Scott Matthews attended the University of Michigan from 1999 to 2003, where they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science.
