Tom Savage

Tom Savage started their career as a District Sales Manager at GE Plastics in 1986. Tom then worked as the General Manager and later as the VP Sales at Coors Ceramics from 1988 to 1991. Tom then joined Topro Systems Integration as the VP of Sales & Marketing from 1991 to 1996. Tom moved on to Compaq and served as the Regional Sales Director & Director of Technical Sales from 1996 to 1999. Tom then became the CEO of Netidentity.com, where they were responsible for turnaround, revenue/profit growth, and the sale of the company from 1999 to 2002. Tom then worked as the Group VP at Pro Staff from 2002 to 2005. Tom joined CareerBuilder.com in 2005 and held roles such as Area Sales Manager and VP of Training & Leadership Development, Enterprise Sales until 2008. Tom then became the VP & GM at Personified, a CareerBuilder company for a short period in 2008. Tom returned to CareerBuilder.com as an Area Sales Director from 2008 to the present. Tom retired in June 2017.

Tom Savage attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Tom also earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the same institution. Later, they pursued an MBA at the University of New Haven. The specific start and end years for each degree are not provided.
