Tram Doan

Tram Doan started their career at VietnamWorks in 2004 as a Team Leader, Business Development, where they were responsible for promoting and building awareness of the company's capabilities to clients, developing the business, and managing a team. Tram then worked as the HCM Branch Manager at Beaute Cosmetic, Lovite Brand from 2010 to 2013, where they controlled sales policies, developed plans and strategies to achieve sales targets, and analyzed sales results to identify opportunities. From 2013 to 2016, Tram was a Senior Key Account Manager at NU SKIN ENTERPRISES VIỆT NAM, where they developed a business plan and sales strategy, motivated the organization to achieve sales goals, and recruited and trained sales consultants. Since 2016, Tram has been working at CareerBuilder as a Senior Group Account Manager.

Tram Doan obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Hufflit University in HCMC, Vietnam. Tram completed their studies at this institution from 2000 to 2004.
