Tom Franceski has extensive experience in financial management and business leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Principal at cb20 since October 2019. Prior to this role, Tom was Vice President and General Manager of the DocStar Business Unit at Epicor Software from 2007 to 2019, where accountability included strategy, sales, marketing, and product fulfillment, leading to the successful integration of DocStar and a significant business expansion post-acquisition. Previously, Tom held the position of President at DocStar from 2007 to 2016, overseeing leadership and financial strategy for the ECM software business. Tom's career began at Authentidate Holding Corp as Vice President of Technology Products from 1996 to 2007. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College.
