Adam Hunter is an experienced journalist and Provincial Affairs Reporter for CBC since December 2006, with expertise in television, radio, and digital reporting, as well as anchoring TV news and sports. Since November 2013, Adam has been the play-by-play voice for the U of R Cougars basketball teams, reflecting a strong passion for basketball developed during university experiences as a public address announcer. Prior to CBC, Adam worked as a High Performance Coach with Basketball Saskatchewan Inc. from April 2003 to August 2009, a Video Journalist at CTV News Regina in 2006-2007, and interned as a news reporter at the Regina Leader-Post in early 2006. Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Regina (2005-2007) and a Double Major Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History from the same institution (2000-2005).
