Claudette Germain

Claudette Germain is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Weekend News Assignment Producer at CBC since January 2018, and has held the position of Associate Producer in a casual capacity. Prior experience includes a significant role as Senior Producer for Breakfast Television & Dinner Television at Rogers Media, where coordination and direction of a creative team ensured the delivery of compelling broadcast content. Claudette also contributed as Communications and Volunteer Coordinator for the Fall for Flamenco Festival, creating various content formats and planning media events. Earlier career highlights include working as a Field Producer for CBC's Street Cents, where notable achievements included winning several Geminis, an International Emmy, and a Youth Education award from the Japanese Government. Claudette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of King's College, earned between 1993 and 1997.
