Danielle Stone is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in media law. Currently serving as President of the Canadian Media Lawyers Association since April 2018, Danielle has also held roles as Board Member, Vice President, and Secretary-Treasurer within the organization. Danielle has been a Senior Legal Counsel at CBC since February 2014 and previously worked as a lawyer at Blaney McMurtry LLP from September 2009 to February 2014. Danielle's involvement with the Canadian Media Lawyers Association dates back to 2006 as a Member until 2016. Danielle holds a JD in Law from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Journalism (Honours) from the University of King's College.
