Dave Tripp

Dave Tripp is an experienced media professional currently serving as an AP/Tech at CBC since January 2022. Prior to this role, Dave worked as an Anchor/Producer at Rogers Sports & Media, where responsibilities included producing The Sam Laprade Show on CityNews Ottawa. From September 2011 to February 2021, Dave was an Associate Producer at 580 CFRA, contributing significantly to the planning and development of The Morning Rush with Bill Carroll, while also serving as a Technical Producer for various programs. Additionally, Dave hosted "3 in the Key" at TSN 1200 from October 2017 to October 2020, focusing on basketball content for a Canadian audience. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Sales Associate at Builders Warehouse BMR from 2005 to 2011, where client relationships and staff training were key responsibilities. Dave holds a Diploma of Education in Radio and Television from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed between 2009 and 2011.
