Heather Boyce has extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, culminating in a long tenure at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) since February 2004. As Director of Accessibility, Inclusion, and Diversity, Heather Boyce has led initiatives to enhance the representation of diverse audiences, including people with disabilities, visible minorities, and Indigenous communities. In addition, Heather Boyce served as Director of English Television Affiliates, overseeing the management of CBC's relationships with private broadcaster affiliate stations. Heather Boyce was also a member of the Board of Directors for the Broadcasting Accessibility Fund from June 2013 to August 2017, promoting innovative projects for broadcasting accessibility in Canada. Holding an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a Corus Fellowship in Digital Media from The Banff Centre, Heather Boyce is currently enjoying a year break from the work world, with potential interest in future opportunities.
