Currently, Ilona serves as Food Editor, Writer, Recipe Developer, Food Stylist, and Photographer for Harrowsmith, and as a Feature Presenter for CBC. Additionally, Ilona holds the position of Culinary Ambassador for Prince Edward Island, contributing to tourism initiatives. As a Chef Instructor at Holland College, Ilona teaches Red Seal courses while also developing culinary boot camps. Ilona has a rich background in media, serving as a Regional Feature Food Writer for SaltWire Network and writing for various publications including The Guardian.
