Jaime Thomas

Jaime Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the broadcasting industry, currently serving as a Supervising Technician in Digital at CBC since June 2016, after specializing as a Presentation Technician in Live Streaming. From May 2003 to April 2016, Jaime held the role of Presentation Technician and Closed Captioning Editor, overseeing the visual quality of television content and editing closed captions for offline media. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Semiotics, Writing and Rhetoric, and Linguistics from the University of Toronto - Victoria University, as well as a Diploma in Television Broadcasting from Mohawk College.
