Jill Ernst has extensive experience in revenue optimization and talent acquisition, holding the current position in Revenue Optimization at CBC since May 2022. Concurrently, Jill serves as a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Consultant for My Home Office since October 2018. Previously, Jill was a Manager of Revenue Management - Planning & Strategy at Rogers Sports & Media from November 2012 to June 2018. Jill also had a freelance role in the same field from June 2010 to October 2012. Earlier career roles include Research Analyst positions at Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting from 2005 to 2010, at Canwest Mediaworks from January 2003 to December 2005, and at thinktv Canada from June 1998 to January 2003.
