Karina Roman is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in the media industry, currently serving as a Senior Reporter at CBC's Parliamentary Bureau since September 2008. Prior to this role, Karina worked at CBC/Radio-Canada from January 2002 to August 2008 as a Reporter, Producer, and Anchor. Additionally, Karina co-authored "How to Live and Work in Canada" while at How To Books from January 2000 to May 2008. Previous reporting experience includes a position at the Ottawa Citizen and a production role on CBC/Radio-Canada's "As It Happens." Karina started a career in journalism as a Reporter for the National Post in 1999. Educationally, Karina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Ryerson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Huron University.
