Marc Germain has extensive experience in broadcast systems design and management, currently serving as a Senior Systems Designer and Project Lead for Transmission Core Systems at CBC since 2009. In this role, Marc has successfully overseen the design and implementation of over 98 broadcast-related projects, including a National AES alerting system and a National satellite earth receive system for program distribution. Prior to this, Marc held the position of Senior Manager of Transmission Operations for Ontario at CBC / Radio-Canada from September 2004 to June 2009. Marc is an Electronic Technologist with a degree in Communications and Computer Engineering from St. Lawrence College.
